This includes 2 hrs of training/support time per month, ongoing for any projects/services supplied by Logo Pogo. 2 hrs may not sound like much, but for general support questions, and small tweaks and changes, it actually goes along way... plus we're very efficient :)

CARE  FAQ's

While we greatly appreciate your business the included support is a free offering we have decided to give you purely for being a valued client. We treat all our clients equally and do not reward or punish a client based on their capacity to bring in work. Our included support is simply on top of this.
If you are a client who deals with Logo Pogo for a lot of work, you’ll already know the value we offer and our CARE packages will likely be a great investment for you.
We’d love to offer ALL our clients even more free support but unfortunately this simply isn’t sustainable - which would lead to reduced quality of service allround for everyone.

Support requests are really any requests that relate to an existing service or previous job that doesn’t constitute a new project or development work to be carried out. Take a websites as an example; you might ask how to do something in the admin, or ask Logo Pogo to upload an image or change some text for you, or there may be something that you are having an issue with that needs investigating and resolved. These are typical website support requests.
For design projects, it may be that you ask for some later changes to be made to an existing flyer or business card, or request some files sent to you in a particular format, or perhaps you need certain elements of a design sent to you for another project you’re working on.
General questions regarding new projects do not consume support hours.

Almost all projects will have their own “revision time” built in and this usually covers all changes/revisions while a project is in progress.
If this “revision time” is consumed however, you can start using your support time if the requests fit the support definition.

No. Support hours are simply replenished at the start of each month. You cannot accumulate unused support hours from previous months, nor can you transfer support hours from other accounts or plans.

No. CARE plans are simply billed monthly for as long as you wish to continue the service. There are no contracts or minimum commitment levels. You can cancel at any time in writing within 48hrs of the plans expiry date.
